The club takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the of the details of the aircraft and hangars listed herein. Any prospective purchaser of a hangar should carry out due diligence and seek information in relation to the club rules and have an understanding of the club constitution. A copy can be obtained from the Secretary on request.




SALES, RENTAL, PURCHASE

Hangar F2 for sale (lease, 29 years) 12 x 9 meters with high clearance.

Hangar F2 at Kilcoy airfield has is the best location of the hangars sites with uninterrupted access and views to the south overlooking the eastern end of the runway and scenic views across Lake Wivenhoe.
The hangar has water supply from large water tanks and a small pump to a sink, 12 lights and house battery.
You must become a full member of the SEQSAC and then you will enjoy a well run club with modern ground maintenance equipment and 800 mtr grass runway leased by and managed by the club.
Another benefit is the low annual fees, currently around $1250 p.a including all insurances and annual membership.
